Integral is a general contractor. We take a job from the first read of the drawings to the last punch item, and the second half of that matters as much as the first. A budget only holds if the room is built to the drawing, on the date, and handed over finished.
On site, that means dedicated supervision on every job and coordination held daily, not weekly. Trades are sequenced, conflicts get settled on the floor while they are still cheap, and quality is checked in place, before the next trade closes the work in. Safety comes first: everyone who works on our jobs goes home to their family at the end of the day.
The discipline traces back to where the company started. Integral was founded in 2021 by a principal who spent his career in cost control before putting his own name on the door. He priced jobs line by line for other people, and he builds them the same way: to the schedule, to the standard, and closed out complete.
